3D Printed Drone with 2 counter-rotating main propeller and 4 thrust vectoring altitude control propeller

Attempt to achieve better precision than conventional drone.

Control software that implement physics based model with PID controller using Mbed RTOS and STM32 HAL library.

With conventional drone, in order to move horizontally, there is no direct way of doing so. We need to tilt the drone in order to create a horizontal component of the drone. This is sometimes undesirable since sometimes we don't want to have any angle of the drone when moving horizontally.

Thus if we add thrust vectoring capabilities, we can move horizontally without tilting the drone.

A nice assiteion to this is that we can also make the drone stationary, while tilt the drone, which could be used to aim a fixed camera or instrument, which is impossible to conventional drone.
