The best way to view horseshoe bent is to go on it at night, although you could see nothing at all to see since it is too dark. The only light source is the stars, making photographing it very hard. To get enough exposure, I used a 16mm F/2.8 lens, 300 seconds of exposure and iso 2500. it's 4 million times more sensitive than ordinary exposure setting. The focusing is also challenging since you can see nothing with your eyes, so I have to rely on the marks on the lens. The motion of the photo is the rotating earth making the stars move, and the movement of the water.
